Had an issue with our front door lock sticking, stopping us from unlocking it and opening it. Guy came round on the same morning and was able to fix the lock. Guy was very reliable, knowledgeable and for a good price.

Called on a Saturday morning and had the lovely man here by 9:30am. We couldn't get the key into our front door lock from the outside, our spare key snapped in the process of trying and the type of security key that we had was £40 alone to replace. We had the door fully serviced, lock replaced with 5 new keys for an excellent price and it was all sorted within 20 minutes. We will 100% be using in future if we have any issues, amazing service and very good price!

I had a problem locking my upvc door the mechanism wasn’t engaging. Contacted pixlocks via their website I received a text immediately with attendance time which was within the hour. Guy (locksmith) attended assessed the problem gave a quote to resolve it made the door safe and secure. Guy then sourced the parts contacted again to see if I was happy to move forward, parts ordered after putting in the extra work to ensure right price for me. Parts arrived next day and Guy then arranged when he could come to fix the door mechanism. All done dusted and sorted in less than 24 hours.
I would not hesitate to recommend Pixlocks to anyone who had any issue with their locks etc - check out their website it’s all there. If all trades people were like this a credit to his company and profession.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. I couldn't lock my back door so called Guy and he came over almost immediately to take a look and make it secure. He came back the next morning to fix it properly after ordering the right mechanism which needed replacing. He also adjusted the door itself so the problem wouldn't repeat itself any time soon. Gave me a recommendation for a glazing company too because we're planning to renovate. He said he'd taken the details from another customer for himself because he was so impressed with hers. Bonus! Upon buying our new house we needed the door and window locks replacing, Guy was there promptly the day we got the keys and did a fantastic job.

He has since had to come and replace a couple of faulty window locks which were replaced under the warranty and was absolutely no hassle. He even fixed our UPVC door which was sticking.

I will use Guy in the future and would recommend him to anyone he is professional, friendly and his prices are very competitive.

After a useless builder had left us with a patio door that wouldn't lock, I called Pixlocks in the hope of getting the door re-aligned. They were at my house the same day, at a time convenient to me, and had everything sorted in under an hour. Absolutely faultless service, and a lovely bloke to boot. If ever I need a locksmith in the future I will, without a doubt, use them again.

I phoned the chap to enquire about getting into my back door and fixing it so that I could use it. He arranged to come the same afternoon and said that he would quote me a price upon arrival. He said on the phone that I was under no obligation to accept the quote and should I refuse, there would be no charge for taking a look.

Safe to say when her arrived, I was very happy with the price. He worked in a respectful manner and caused minimal disruption to my family during the process. He advised me on the steps throughout and also carried out a bit of work on readjusting a few bits so that the problem would not repeat itself.

I have taken his card and would will recommend him to anyone else I know that needs a locksmith. I am 100% happy with the company.

Broken door mechanism on a Saturday. Called pixlocks after finding them on the web. The engineer promised to be with us within 20 mins and he was. Cannot fault the service he provided, he explained everything fully. He had to remove the full bar and take it away for fixing but the temporary repair was neat and efficent.

We would recomend the company to all friends and family.

After a quick ring round I decided to go with PixLocks as they were the best reviewed locksmith company in Hull and had the most competitive price. They managed to get to my flat within 20 minutes which was a relief as it was late in the evening. The quality of the work was outstanding and to top it off Guy was extremely personable and friendly even though I had dragged him out of bed. He put a top quality lock on my front door and as the door was a bit faulty he offered to come back in the morning, fix the fault and put a better lock on free of charge which he did. All in all from start to finish this was an A+ job. I would highly recommend PixLocks and will get them back for any future jobs. It's often very hard to find a service that ticks all the boxes but this was certainly one!
